Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1/2 c frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tsp hemp seed
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 5 walnuts
- 2 Tbs pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk (if you like your smoothie's thick add less liquid, if you like them thin add more)
