Morning Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to start your day provided they contain ingredients that will help you thrive rather than slow you down.  This smoothie is packed with anti-inflammatory foods that balance blood sugar and power your day with sustained energy and nourishment.  


  • ½ avocado
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1/2 c frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tsp hemp seed
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 5 walnuts
  • 2 Tbs pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (if you like your smoothie's thick add less liquid, if you like them thin add more)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Love


Blend all ingredients in high speed blender. Enjoy!
